Izumi Shokudo is a traditional Okinawan diner founded in 1979 in Ishikawa, Uruma City. It is popular for classic Okinawan dishes like Tebichi Nitsuke (simmered pig's feet), Soki Soba (sparerib soba), and Nakami Soba (offal soba).
