Nakamura Soba is a popular Okinawan soba specialty shop located in Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture, known for its homemade, preservative-free noodles and a light yet rich soup made with plenty of bonito (katsuo) broth. The signature dish is the A-sa Soba (Seaweed Soba), where A-sa seaweed is kneaded into both the noodles and the toppings.
