OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN

OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN is a specialty Okinawan soba restaurant located in Tsuboya, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, which opened in 2016. The owner trained at famous restaurants in Yanbaru and Onna Village and traveled to over 500 Okinawan soba shops before creating his own unique, original style of Okinawan soba. The signature menu item, "BUNBUN Soba," is a dish harmonizing tradition and innovation, featuring a generous amount of four types of pork combined with a pork bone-based broth simmered for eight hours. The noodles are homemade, and the dish offers diverse toppings and the enjoyment of changing the flavor with table condiments.
