Okinawa soba Kintarou

Okinawa Soba Kintarō is an Okinawan soba specialty shop in Tamagusuku Funakoshi, Nanjo City, known for its pork-bone based broth. The soup, perfected by the owner after training at a ramen shop, is characterized by being rich yet easily drinkable. The popular "Kintarō Soba" is a luxurious bowl topped with sanmai niku (pork belly), soft cartilage soki (spareribs), and tebichi (pig's feet). They also offer unique items like Spicy Soba, Gyū Nakami Soba (beef offal soba), and the Jirō-kei inspired "Minami Jirō." With a large parking lot and horigotatsu (sunken floor) seating, it's popular among families.
