Yonabararuya, established in 1985, is a popular Okinawan soba restaurant in Yonabaru Town. It offers a choice between light or rich soup, carefully prepared with pork bones, chicken bones, and bonito flakes. The collagen-rich, milky white soup is especially famous. The soba uses curly noodles that complement the soup and is generously topped with sanmainiku (pork belly), nankotsu soki (soft-bone spare ribs), and tebichi (pig's trotters). The spacious restaurant, which includes tatami seating (zashiki), is ideal for families.
