Sumanume is a specialty Okinawan soba restaurant located in Kokuba, Naha City, known for its pleasant atmosphere inside a renovated, traditional Okinawan red-tiled komin-ka (old house). It is popular for its soup, which has a deep flavor profile based on bonito (katsuo) with added richness from chicken and pork, paired with firm, thin homemade noodles.
