Uejo Soba

Uejo Soba

Detailed Information

UEJO SOBA (上江門) is a traditional Okinawan diner (komin-ka shokudō) in Yaese Town, housed in a Ryūkyū-style house over 300 years old. You can enjoy authentic Okinawan soba within a building and garden that strongly retains the atmosphere of the Ryūkyū Kingdom era. Their Okinawan Soba, topped with sanmai niku (pork belly) and soft cartilage soki (spareribs), allows you to choose from three types of soup: bonito, miso, or soy sauce. The Jūshī Set (with Okinawan mixed rice) is also popular. With a large parking lot and barrier-free accessibility, guests can comfortably dine while experiencing local history and culture.
